AAC Delhi is a semi-leafless, high-yielding yellow pea developed by Dr. D-J Bing, AAFC Lacombe, AB. The variety has a significantly higher seed weight and higher protein content than the checks. AAC Delhi is a promising new large-seeded pea that fits very well in the protein fractionation market.
